Founder: John Lane

I’d really rather talk about you. But, since you’re here, you probably want to know something about me. So here goes.

In my practice, I specialize in helping business leaders and their teams optimize their unique personality traits to drive success. Before establishing my leadership consulting practice, I spent decades in leadership roles at agencies, as a client, and in B2B vendor organizations.

While I may not have seen it all, I’ve definitely seen a lot. On too many occasions, I have seen teams under-achieve their potential. Not for a lack of skill or effort, rather leaders who lacked self-awareness regarding their communication style, and how they consume information. Leading to conflict and friction, which are significant hindrance to smooth team operations and effective cross functional coordination.

Throughout the years, I’ve amassed a wealth of experience in sales management, business development, operations management, and leadership development. Today, I’m able to pass along the knowledge from those hard-learned lessons to my clients.

In my heart, I am a helper. Guiding individuals and teams to reach their peak potential is what drove me to start DBAJTL Leadership Consulting.
