Overview

At DBAJTL Leadership Consulting, I always begin with my client's specific needs. Whether it's a focused goal like "improving candidate selection" or "benchmarking the CSR team," or something broader like "re-organizing the entire sales team," my approach is tailored to the problem at hand.

The foundation of my consulting lies in the OAD assessment, which provides empirical data to guide my practice. By accurately assessing the personality traits of each participant and comparing them to their current job operation, the OAD assessment offers significant insights to inform the course of action.

To help de-risk critical new hires, I use the OAD proprietary candidate selection tool, called the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ). The JAQ creates an ideal pattern for any role the company needs to fill. Candidates take the assessment, and the OAD platform compares their results against the ideal pattern and produces a “Fit and Gap” analysis for the hiring team to review.

The “Fit and Gap” analysis provides empirical data to assist the selection process. Combining this comprehensive report with the client’s own recruiting approach helps ensure success.

Workshops

Many clients prefer to start with a simpler business problem as a Proof of Concept. I offer targeted workshops designed to address known and typical business issues. While there are currently 12 workshops in total, the most popular include:

  • Senior Leadership Team Enhanced Communication

  • Sales Team Engagement and Performance

  • Distributed and Hybrid Team Engagement and Alignment Analysis

  • Candidate Selection Improvement and De-Risking Critical New Hires

Workshops typically take 4-6 weeks to complete, with an investment range of $12-15K each.

Annual Agreement

Many clients find they want to help resolve multiple “people issues” across teams or the company over a longer period of time.  One way to do so is to conduct multiple workshops. However, in this case, I typically recommend they obtain an annual license, which reduces unit costs while enabling their business to run workshops as needed, on their schedule.

An annual agreement is very flexible and tailored to the client’s current needs. For example, the agreement can include:

·       Metered or unlimited usage

·       Use of all or selected features

·       Single or multiple use cases 

All agreements come with general administrative and platform usage training.   Additional training modules, designed to match the components of the agreement, are included as well.

Of course, I’ll continue to work closely with you and your team to ensure you get maximum value from your license.

Pricing is customized, based on the combination of use cases and assessment volume, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
